There are some simple and easy ways to earn money for the Westerly Parent Teacher Organization (PTO).

Westerly’s Scrip Program is a way for the school to make a percentage on the dollars that Westerly families are already spending on everyday and specialty items. Scrip is a term that means “substitute money”. When you purchase scrip, you’re purchasing gift certificates and prepaid cards that are used just like cash. You can use scrip for everyday expenses like food, clothing, gas, and other essentials. Every time you purchase a gift card, you earn revenue for Westerly School.
We have an exciting new procedure for ordering card scrip that will streamline the process and make it much easier and quicker to order card scrip. Starting this year, we will be implementing an on-line card scrip program, Shopwithscrip.com. This will enable you to place all of your card scrip orders on-line and even make a payment, all in the comfort of your own home! You will have the ability to set up your favorites to make monthly ordering a breeze.
There are some great features of Shopwithscrip.com, including PrestoPay and ScripNow! PrestoPay is a convenient way for users to pay on-line, at the time they place their order. Your payment will be electronically deducted from your checking account. ScripNow! offers immediate electronic gift cards, that you can order for yourself or send an eGift, which are delivered in minutes using PrestoPay. There are several popular retailers, including Amazon, Barnes and Noble, Gap, Best Buy, and iTunes. Users will also have the ability to "re-load" previously purchased gift cards when they order on-line, eliminating the need for multiple gift cards for the same retailer.

Create an account by clicking on the "Create Account" button in the green box that says "Family Sign Up!"

Once you are enrolled, you can begin shopping

You can browse by category or use the different search options to find the retailers you are looking for

Select the denomination and the number of gift cards for each retailer and "add to cart"

When you are done shopping, click on the "Checkout" button at the top right of the screen and follow the prompts
You will have the option of doing Presto Pay, which is like an e-check that comes right out of your bank account or you can write a check payable to Westerly and turn it in to the front office.
Please take a few minutes to log on to Shopwithscrip.com and set up an account. You will also need to set up a PrestoPay account if you want to have an electronic debit from your account. This process takes a few days, as they will make a small deposit (less than $0.15) to verify that it works and to confirm that you authorized the debit.
